Exams

My exams have started in school and for English Writing, anyone guess what I done?.... a short story of course. It was quite fun to write but... I may have failed my writing. The thing is my dream of becoming a writer isn't over, as no writer has to write within an hour they have a few weeks at least and I would have needed at least another hour to finish it. My English teacher said today 'J.K Rowling didn't write the first Harry Potter book within an hour' which is write, because all masterpieces take time. Later Blogsters E

Well I didn't get gold but.. I did come away with a Silver and so did my friend. We may not have placed but we were up against tough competition. E

Response

Today I got an response from the agency I e-mailed and re-mailed. I was ecstatic at the reply, they really made me feel happy and they made me remember what my real dream in life is. I'll be taking their advice and checking out that website they sent me. I will also be e-mailing more agencies to hopefully get all positive responses and at least one magnificent response. Nothing more to say other than I've started another story, but unsure if long or short, I guess we'll just need to wait and read. E

New Design?

Submission the 3rd

I have submitted my short-story to Caroline Sheldon and I am again worried but the second before I sent it my tarot card said I have to believe in my self for my inner strength to help me reach my goals - nine of wands the Lord of Strength I will send more out to different agents until one of them accepts me I mean J.K Rowling's first ever Harry Potter book was declined by 14 different publishers and she is my inspiration to continue trying I mean look how well known the first Harry Potter book is now bet those ones that turned her down are living in regret. I got a reply from the literary agent but if she'd of known my age she would have let me down easier than saying it right out so but if she knew my age she could have saw my talent what do you think Should I have included my age or not? E

Wow not been on in a weeeeeee while lol my english teacher told us to write a what makes me, me essay I wrote it the minute I got in and then cause I finished I got to write a short story and he said strange so I gave him strange I'm still writing it in class think it would maybe make a ok funny book but maybe not. Design Enterprise Challenge 2012

Sadly Caldervale did not win anything this year but we all came home with a smile and a medal even though our teammemebers who done the presentation were ever so bubbly. We went there as a team and came back as a team will never forget this day along with all this month.

Glagow Royal Concert Hall Spring Concert 26th March 2012

Played last night at the Glasgow Royal Concert hall along with my amazingly talented band. We played I Want You Back by the Jackson 5, I Gotta Feeling By The Black Eyed Peas, Man In The Mirror by Michael Jackson, Born This Way by Lady Gaga and of course our finale Thriller by Micahel Jackson. Other bands performed along side us but we of course as the North Lanrakshires Prepatory Band always get the largest cheer. So lets give it up for North Lanrakshires Prepatory Band with Conductor Mr Smith.

Glasgow Music Festival 9th March 2012

Was playing my Euphonium at Glasgow music Fesstival Brass Solos B and I along with the piano played The Young Maestro and first place was ME I have got feedback and two certificates so happy
